StudyGO refund and reschedule policy

General Provisions

1. Some features and services on the StudyGO platform are available for a fee. Information about the fees and payment procedure can be found on the website.

2. There are no refunds for purchased courses. All courses include a free introductory lesson, which allows the User to evaluate the course content before purchasing.

3. The Customer may return the funds by terminating the Contract by notifying the Contractor at least 7 days before the date of termination. In this case, the Customer is obliged to pay for the Services rendered up to the date of termination and receive a refund for the remaining paid but not performed classes.

Video courses

1. All video courses include a free introductory lesson that allows the User to familiarize themselves with the course content before purchasing.

2. Purchased video courses are considered a final purchase and no refunds will be issued as the content is a digital product available for instant use.

3. In case of technical problems with access to the course, the User should immediately contact StudyGO Support to solve the problem.

Tutoring services

1. Postponement of classes on the initiative of the Customer is possible upon notification of the Contractor at least 12 hours before the start of the class. In case of non-compliance with this condition the lesson is considered to have been carried out and the payment for it is not refunded.

2. The Customer has the right to postpone not more than three classes during the entire period of the Contract. In case of postponement of more than three classes, additional postponements are not allowed and such classes will be considered to have been held.

3. In case of illness, the Customer must notify the Contractor at least 12 hours before the start of the lesson. If a medical certificate is provided, the lesson will be postponed to another time by agreement with the Contractor. Postponement of classes due to illness is also limited to three classes during the entire period of the Contract.

4. In case the Contractor is unable to conduct the lesson for a valid reason (illness, force majeure, etc.), the lesson will be postponed to another time by agreement with the Customer.

5. If the Customer fails to attend a class without prior notice, the class shall be deemed to have been held and payment shall not be refunded.

Methods of payment

1. Payment for services is made through the methods indicated on the StudyGO website.

2. Upon confirmation of payment, the Customer is granted access to the selected services or courses.
